How we solve your WiFi problem

Our proven 4-step process — planning and installation from a single source

Our approach compared

What sets us apart from other WiFi providers

Other providers

  • Guess AP positions instead of planning them carefully — the result: dead zones and fluctuating signal quality.
  • Only plan, then outsource installation: an external electrical contractor implements the work, which creates deviations from the plan and means rework.
  • Need more time between planning and installation — due to constant coordination between several companies.
  • Responsibility ping-pong when problems arise: whose fault was it? The planner, the electrician or the hardware?

CODE MACHINE

  • Careful design based on real measurement data — with Ekahau AI Pro and true-to-life simulation.
  • Planning AND installation from a single source — that’s our superpower. The team that plans also installs.
  • Finished sooner thanks to perfectly aligned processes — no waiting on coordination between firms.
  • Fewer outages thanks to careful planning and precise installation. With a follow-up survey, we prove it works as planned.
  • One point of contact, one responsibility — from the first survey to the final handover.

Frequently asked questions

The cost of a WiFi survey depends mainly on the floor area, ceiling height and structural complexity — an open logistics centre is measured differently from a tightly packed high-bay warehouse with metal racking. Flat-rate prices would therefore be misleading. In a free initial consultation we give you an initial assessment and then a transparent fixed-price quote, so you know exactly where you stand up front.

During a WiFi site survey, we measure the actual current state of your WiFi on site — or the structural conditions in the case of new builds. Using professional measurement technology (Ekahau AI Pro & Sidekick 2), we capture signal strength, interference sources and dead zones and present the results as a heatmap. That way you can see in black and white where your WiFi falls short, and why.

Large halls are a real challenge for WiFi: high ceilings, metal racking, stored goods and machinery reflect or absorb the radio signal. High-bay warehouses even change their radio behaviour depending on how full they are. That’s exactly why it isn’t enough to hang up access points by gut feeling — it takes a survey and a design that account for these conditions.

Connection drops on handheld scanners, tablets or forklift terminals usually have one of three causes: too few or poorly placed access points, interference from other radio sources, or faulty roaming between the APs. A WiFi survey clearly shows which cause applies in your case. On that basis, the problem can be fixed in a targeted way instead of blindly buying more hardware.

A WiFi heatmap is a colour-coded map of your hall showing how strong the WiFi signal is at every point — from green (very good) to red (dead zone). It makes WiFi problems visible and serves as the basis for planning the access-point positions. Even before installation, the simulated heatmap shows you the coverage you can expect once the work is done.

That depends on the size of the hall and the scope. Surveying a typical hall is often done in a day, with the design following within a few days. Because the same team plans and installs at our company, the weeks of coordination between a planning office and an electrical contractor are eliminated — so you’re finished considerably faster than with the conventional approach.

In many cases, yes. The survey shows whether your existing access points and switches are sufficient: sometimes the problem is only placement or configuration, sometimes a partial replacement makes sense. We only recommend what is technically necessary — and we’ll also tell you when your hardware can stay.

Ekahau is the industry standard for professional WiFi measurement and design. With Ekahau AI Pro and the Sidekick 2 measurement device, we capture not only signal strength but also interference sources and channel interference — and we can simulate the eventual coverage true to reality. That’s the difference between guessed and calculated access-point positions.

We’re based in Hamburg, but we work across Germany and throughout Europe. Wherever your hall is, we’ll come to you. For logistics and industrial clients with multiple sites, we also look after entire branch networks on request.
